Joe Galano
Founder & CEO
Joe Galano draws on over a decade of progressively senior commercial leadership across FinTech, Rewards, Incentives & Payments, BSA/AML Compliance, SOC Compliance, Manufacturing, Fulfillment and Marketing Execution.
Beginning his career in the Business Advisory practice at Grant Thornton, Joe spent several years auditing and advising financial institutions on compliance, risk, and operational controls. This foundation provides an unusually rigorous understanding of how organizations function beneath the commercial surface.
From Grant Thornton, Joe moved progressively more senior commercial & partnership roles, where he built GTM strategies from scratch, transformed underperforming sales organizations into growth engines, and led cross-functional teams through the kind of complex turnarounds, growth phases and exits.
As a member of the Leadership Team at Tango, he was part of the executive group that drove the company to the largest exit in the history of the digital rewards and incentives industry.
With experience spanning global accounting firms to FinTech start-ups, and payment/gift card power-houses — Joe has made a career of optimizing revenue through strategic alignment, creation and curation of Organizational Key Results and ensuring that Teams don’t lose sight of the ultimate objective — happy, healthy and growing customers.
At Cambrian Catalyst, Joe’s role is to drive clarity, foster alignment and collaborate deeply with customers to develop meaningful strategies, actionable playbooks and flawless execution.
